Can I return my order?

Yes. You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us within this period to request authorisation, then return items within a further 14 days.

What condition must items be in?

Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear may be declined.

Are any items excluded?

Earrings, personalised or custom-made jewellery, and sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If confirmed, we'll offer a replacement or full refund.

How do I return an item?

All approved returns must be sent via Evri. Please retain your tracking confirmation as proof of return.

Return Instructions:

  1. Scan the QR code on your packing slip to submit a return request with your order details
  2. We'll review your request and reply within 1 business day with authorization and the return address
  3. Once approved, ship your return via Evri and retain your tracking confirmation

Who pays for return postage?

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving and inspecting your return. Funds are returned to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd prefer.
