Shipping Location
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from the United Kingdom. We currently ship to UK addresses only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Delivery Time
Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days from dispatch.
Courier & Tracking
We use Evri for all deliveries. You'll receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delays or Lost Parcels
Delivery times are estimates. If your order appears delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate promptly.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery details before completing checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-delivery costs may apply.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
